Who we are

This website is operated by ABC Translation. For any question about your data, write to info@abc-office.eu.

What we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address, phone number if you give it, the details of your request and any documents you attach. This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Why we use it

We use this information only to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you place an order, carry out the work and invoice it. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract.

Who sees it

Your documents are shared only with the translators, interpreters and partners (for example solicitors, notaries or couriers) needed to complete your order, all bound by confidentiality. Emails are handled through Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to info@abc-office.eu. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
